
I want to encourage you to step outside your comfort zone.
Think about something you have always wanted to do.
It will take intentional planning to do new things.
Sit down and make goals for all the things you said you wanted to do.
The list can include anything.
Have fun with it.
Once you have your list together, put some dates or timeline to it.
Decide if each thing is solo or partner experience.
Beside each thing place an S or P.
If the new thing includes a partner or group start thinking about who would be a great fit.
You may not know everyone who can be added, just add names to as many as you know.
Remember this is personal to you, and no one has to approve it:)
Be intentional over each week to check off one thing you did.
One thing on my list is to take a boat out for a sail.
