Lately, I have been thinking about leadership.
How being a leader is a major role to play in life.
The one in charge sounds good.
Being the one people answer to sounds like power.
Unless you fully understand leadership, there will be casualties.
The first person you lead has to be you.
If you can not influence yourself to make decisions, why would someone follow you?
Taking responsibility for you is a big deal.
Standing in your own accountability without excuses shows your integrity.
While some are born to lead.
Others are learning to lead.
I personally believe we are all wired to be a leader.
Success depends on you being a great forerunner.
Making goals and achieving them.
Most people follow the one who is a commander to himself in an outstanding way.
A leader is one who influences others to follow.
