Serve

If you are looking for a great way to develop character, I have it.

It is all about giving to others.

In one small word here goes…

Serve!!

The word serve means several things.

  1. To be a servant
  2. To be of use
  3. To be favorable
  4. To be worthy of reliance or trust

Life is designed to be shared with others and to serve others.

If we allow pride to speak to us, it will say we should be served.

I am here to encourage you to block the self-serving thoughts.

Great joy comes from helping others.

Every day I am grateful for those who assist me in life.

It takes a team of people willing to give their time, talent and skills when it comes to another person’s vision.

Looking back many of my favorite memories come from serving.

Seeing a life change or knowing I was a part of something bigger is rewarding.

Much of our messages in culture is about #selfie life.

You can still do you, and not abandon the heart of serving.

Serving will always be a huge part of my life.

Hopefully, the word servant does not offend you, but it is cool to know you are an asset to others.

  1. My New Year’s resolution for 2018 was to ask “How can I help?”, I like this post, you did well.
To be worthy of reliance or trust, I may adopt this for my 2019 resolution, do you mind?
