Monday

Woke up today tired.

Does Monday hit anyone else like this?

My mind was mixing up thoughts as I tried to focus on one thing to do first.

I felt like I ran through the week-end and it hit me today.

With a determination not to waste the day, I had to sit still long enough to center myself.

After finding my peace, I pursued.

So happy to say my day is going well.

Getting things accomplished that I probably would have forgotten.

Not willing to exit Monday with regrets, I focused in on the hard things.

Being willing to do the hard things first really makes an impact in your day and week.

Now I must revisit my list, and revise what is priority for the remainder of  today.

Here are two main things I did to realign myself.

  1. Calm myself down from being anxious.
  2. Quiet all the voices in my head so I could center myself in peace.
