Roller coasters are created to give us a great thrill of a ride, with dips and crazy turns.

Life can also feel like a roller coaster ride.
You can wake up on any day and not really know the dips you may experience.
Without warning things can go up and down all in one day.
The going up part at times can make you nervous as the going down.
If you have ever been on a roller coaster, it’s the speed of elevation and declining that can take your breath away.
We can experience up to several emotions on any given day.
Feeling happy in the morning can shift to anxiousness getting to work.
There seems to be things out of our control yet how much is still in our control.
For instance we cannot always predict what will happen.
But we can prepare ourself emotionally and mentally.
If you condition yourself to feel the emotion rather than numb yourself it may help.
How about not falling into being a victim when the dips start hitting your life.
Perception is one key to handling those roller coaster rides.
Comfort yourself in this truth….it has to end.
Make sure to learn lessons and grow from all that is happening.
There is just as much to master going up in life as there is in going down.
Keep an open mind.
Commit to never being stuck.
Our ups and downs may not have been on our course of life, but they have purpose in developing us.
