I loved running when I was young.
As soon as my feet hit the floor all I could think of was who can I race.
Racing and running was a great passion for me.
Fast forward to years later….not doing much running.
However I have been running my own race in life.
Although we all may start at the same place, most of us will run at a different pace.
It is important not to compare your stride in life with any one.
Keeping focus on your rhythm and breathing is important.
Staying on your own path means not looking at others and competing.
One of the things I loved about running was being able to win.
Win I did.
When I started the race I had already envisioned myself winning.
I had calculated the speed and time it would take for me be first.
If I was able to do that young and inexperienced, I can do it now.
Every win is about where our mindset is.
Either you are wining, or you are losing.
No one intimidated me as a child, because I simply believed in me!
As an adult we have to remind ourself to be that same young person who knows they can.
Challenge yourself to get set, and go.
Do not stop because obstacles are there.
Keep the winners mindset and go over them.
Tell yourself no matter what…Keep Going!
