We are given 24 hours a day.
We have seven days each week.
We have 52 weeks.
We have 365 days per year.
Where does the time go we ask?
If you are like me, I’m always trying to figure out how to get more done.
Time management is certainly important in maximizing what we have to work with.
Most of us, feel like we are falling behind.
We search the clock trying to schedule in things we left undone.
Things can pile up on us fast.
Next thing we know we abandon self-care.
We fail to get certain projects complete.
Then silent frustration sets in.
I am here to be a sound voice in the mist of your chaos.
You can and you will find the rhythm needed to do life the way you need to.
First thing , if you want change you must be committed and relentless..
Let’s go!
One thing you can do in your week is schedule time for you.
Yes you must schedule in time for you, or you will be depleted.
Let’s say out of the 24 hours in your day you appoint 30 minutes to one thing.
That’s right 30 minutes…( remember you said you want change)

30 minutes can really make an impact in your day.
Make a list of things you need to complete or start.
Next put them in priority.
Now choose no more than two things that you will do 30 minutes for 30 days.

Breathe.
30 minutes for 30 days to get the results you want.
Do not skip a day.
Do not allow your emotions to get in the way.
Block anything or anyone that will hinder your progress ( I did not say cut them out your life)
You will be amazed at how much time we waste a day that can be used in our 30 days of change.
Instead of finding reasons why we can not; find reasons why we must!
This has to become mandatory.
You could start your business in 30 days doing the 30 minute strategy.
Come on get excited with me!!
See yourself soaring.
This statement is for the over achiever; stick to the 30 minutes, 30 days.
Do not try to do an hour starting out, because eventually you will miss a day then another .
Remember you will add more things to your time management so be wise.
Once you find the momentum for the first two things, add one more if you can.
Never allow yourself to digress from reaching your completion.
The reward is staying true to yourself and being accountable to your word.
What I am sharing is something I have done myself.
Time is tight, but my mind is committed to completing what I start.
In this year of 2018, join me in not just saying what you want to do but actually doing it.
Again write out your goals, prioritize, and choose the most important one to start.
All you need is 30 minutes.
Now repeat after me…
“I got this.”
