I’m not a quitter but I want to quit from time to time.
Anyone that experience success also has lots of failures.
What some people may hide from their story, is how many times they wanted to quit.
So let’s talk about the subject of quitting.
The frustration of pressing beyond our comfort zone can also lead to temptation.
This temptation is called escape; or quitting.
When I was younger I had a silent infatuation with walking away.
To consider abandonment of my assignment brought feelings of shame, but it did not stop me from wanting to quit.
However I came realize that those emotions were normal when working towards a big goal.
My wanting to throw it all away from time to time is normal (what a relief)
Maturity taught me I was looking for release from the pressure that high level producing demands.
Let me set you free from the guilt you carry because you want to quit.
See there is a difference between wanting to do some thing and doing it.
I want to eat whatever I feel without counting up the cost but I don’t.
Just the simple fact of having the desire doesn’t make you a bad person.
Release yourself from inner self-reproach.
So many great men and women wrestled with thoughts to relinquish their position when life was overwhelming.
But only those who reached their mark of completion are remembered.
People respect the one who stands in the face of adversity.
Greatness has a weight.
At times we may daydream about what others call easy, just to get from under the stress.
Our mind gets tired.
Our relationships shift unexpectedly.
At times we walk alone.
Finances may dry up.
Even our health may suffer as we move forward.
The sacrifice can add up to more than we expected.
No matter the price, simply do not leave until you see what you wrote in your vision.
On the other side of reaching your completion are people who need you.
“Whenever you think of quitting, think about why you started.”
