Port Elizabeth Mall

Our second day in Port Elizabeth was a good one.

Woke up a bit tired from all the traveling but ready to see a little of what Port Elizabeth is about.

First thing we had to do was find a place to eat.

My husband decided our destination would be the Mall. If there is a mall there will be food.

Dressed and ready. Off we go to the nearest mall.

The mall is named “Bayview Mall.”

Right away I’m impressed from how things look.

In we walk and WOW it’s really nice😀

Our routine is to walk towards the food court because that is our reason for being there.

In America most food courts have food in one area.

Bayview Mall had food choices for what seemed like miles. From the moment we entered the mall food options where plenty.

As we walked gazing at everything this is what I seen….

“YES” you are seeing correct. An Ice Rink in the Mall 😎

I was already  impressed by how big and beautiful things were.

We walked a bit more and then we saw this…

YES” an IMAX theater people!! That has these….

Big Prestige red chairs that recline.  The “Man Cave Chair“😆😆

Media really only shows one side to things. We must do our own reading to know truth. Don’t misunderstand me, there are other parts of Africa that are not like South Africa. It’s a huge Continent where you can witness anything from wealth to poverty.

I encourage you reading this blog to read about places you want to visit.

Stop listening to those who never travel any where but have so much information to tell you.

Make an open choice to rid yourself of ignorance.

The world is a BIG place. Go out there and see it.

Some places may be warm and welcoming.

Other places may stretch you beyond your comfort zone.

Today I realized ignorance is not a play thing.

Ignorance can blind you from learning, growing and embracing cultural differences.

This is not my first International trip but certainly this trip as all my travels has encouraged me for “MORE”

Have you wanted to travel?

Share with me some where you would love to visit?

  1. Wow, that’s amazing! Yes people should know before they judge. There is a lot more to a place.
I’ve never been to an IMAX theater before. I always wanted to get out and travel the world, didn’t have the luxury to do so. Love your experiences. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Kphoenix1 not sure where you live but IMAX theaters are every where. We had our first experience at Universal Studio in Florida. I hope you get to experience it one day soon.
