Some days you just want to scream, cry, pout or just lay under the covers. You make your best effort to get it together but it’s a struggle. One of the best things I find cures the blues is a good song to dance to. Turn on your music and let it blast!! Drown out the sadness with words of life. Now start moving to the beat and get yourself dancing. Dance the sadness away! Dance yourself right into gladness. Open up, and realize that the rain or storms in life are never meant to stop you. Feel the life comeback into your body and dance even harder. Inhale the oxygen of purpose and exhale the poison of negativity. No matter what happens just “DANCE” because it’s not meant to kill you but make you stronger.
