Eat the chocolate and cookie

Living a discipline life is key to reaching goals. Weight loss requires truck loads of discipline. There are hours of saying, “NO” to yourself to achieve your goals. Then there are small moments when you want to eat cookies, cake, chocolate or something not on the healthy chart. You resist and tell yourself that what you crave is not  apart of the  plan. Weeks later you still want the unhealthy choice and you eat it. Instead of beating yourself up over it release yourself. It’s really not failure to eat the cookie or cake. Failure is giving in to guilt and walking away from your health regime. So what if you gave in to a small craving: who has never done that? Relax and let it go. Here is a secret to help you out… You will have cravings again. I’m not a professional but I don’t think eating the cake or cookies will destroy you. Some times we just need to eat that thing and move on. As long as we don’t create unhealthy routines eating bad food; you are good. I believe we should invest in our health. I believe in healthy choices. I also believe you can eat the cookie, chocolate ice cream or cake every now and then 😁🍰🍪🍦🍨. Stay healthy! Stay strong!! Stay guilt free😀
