Just Appetizers

Its midnight and I decided its time to start this blog I kept talking about. It sounds so good, yeah lets write a blog; but in the back of my mind Im thinking “HELP!” Funny how we can hear about things and even have others share what we should be doing and not have a clue about it.

A Month ago my daughter Jessica began to educate me on what I do with a blog, she sat me down and began the tour of what, who and why…talk about feeling foolish! As I sat there listening, I was tempted to say, “how about you do this for me and I tell you want to say and it would be easier.” I knew she would have looked at me with those beautiful brown eyes and would say the very words I tell her; “you can do this!” My daughter did a great job showing me everything I needed to get started, the decision was now mine to make concerning the timing.

Here it is, my first blog, and I have to admit in the back of my mind I’m questioning; who is going to read my blog? Will I say things right? Will I be able to keep an audience. I don’t consider myself a writter, so please don’t judge me as you read this blog. Its really about me starting than about me being flawless! Speaking of flawless, that will not be what my blogs are about. You will find me saying and sharing things that will reveal how many mistakes I made to learn a principle and how much I still need to grow.

It is my desire to be transparent with you, share myself and be honest about my life’s journey and what I have learnt along the way. I am not going to tell you to do something I have not done, nor would want to do. Lets take this journey together, grow together, and explore all of the wonders of life through blogging.

Oh before I end this moment, I wanted to share that I am a wife, mother, business woman, teacher and mentor and my name is Sybil Bull. Keep following my blog, leave comments and help me to grow as I blog about the good things in life and the not so good things.

YES I have started a blog, and I know I will look back one day and wonder what I was thinking when I wrote this first blog and how I could improve it; until then I am glad to say I started my blog:)
