Here we are in a new week already! For most of us the list is too long to even write out, but we attempt to make one anyway.
Last night I created my list on a white board, and felt really proud of myself for getting it completed. This morning after my quiet time I began to review the list but didn’t feel those power proud feelings I had last night.
You are probably asking what happened?
I can not wait to share with you this principle I ignored last night when I wrote all these things down. Are you ready to change how you move in your day?
PRINCIPLE
Create your list with the top three things for the day first.

For example, what is the priority for Monday? Is it to complete that work project due in 72 hours, or hire that accountant you need but keep putting off. Perhaps you should add your health and fitness as a priority to your list each day.
When we start with the top three it allows us to concentrate and not be distracted by things that can wait until next week, or even next month.
Now to put this principle into practice you must not jam pack every minute of the day with stuff. Break it up into block schedule so you can breathe. https://justappetizers.wordpress.com/2020/04/17/stop-wasting-time/amp/
At the bottom of the list add small action items you can do if time allows.
Today is a great day to start applying this principle. You will should experience more calm, focus and even discover you have time for fun. Life is short and you need to enjoy it.
Have a great day doing what you love doing. Don’t forget to let me know if you use this method of planning your day or another.
The Key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but schedule your priorities. ~Steven Covey
