
After a full week of responsibilities, I often ponder on what I should do Saturdays other than work. If you are like me your week end could be filled with things that you never completed and want to catch up on.
I want to encourage you as you make your action list to get done, pause, think and add yourself to that list. Perhaps an extra hour of sleep is needed more than sending out that email (where most people won’t read or respond until Monday). How about going outside and enjoying some sunshine if it is a nice day? Or perhaps you want to catch up on a book you started reading months ago but were too busy to finish. Whatever it is you need please make sure to do it.

Remember some things can wait. Your wellness is important and anyone who cares about you will encourage you to take some quality time for yourself.
