Get that Check Up

We are all busy working, creating, parenting, surviving, planning and preparing for next. But what have you done about your health this year?

I want to remind you of that promise you made to yourself about self care this year. You know what I am referring to..that I will eat healthy, make the best choices and improve on your wellness.

My question today is, did you keep your promise?

Just in case you may have forgotten let me create a small list so you can check all the completed things off.

  1. Drink lots of water
  2. Keep stress levels low.
  3. Create good outlets.
  4. Eat more veggies.
  5. Get check up.
  6. More hugs this year.
  7. Go to bed on time.

That may not be your list exactly, but it should be similar.

Within the next couple of months I want to encourage you to get that check up if you have not.

Why you may ask?

So glad you did.

Not only is it a pandemic, this year has been filled with pressures, stress, loss. Who knows how your body has reacted to everything.

REASONS FOR CHECK UP

  1. Save money in the long run. If you get a check up anything happening can be detected early.
  2. Blood test can eliminate potential diseases.
  3. Keeps you updated on your health.

Do not skip yourself moving forward.
