Once again emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand and manage our own behavior, as well as recognize, understand and influence emotions of others.

Become Self Aware: Self awareness is the first step of emotional intelligence. It teaches how to identify your emotions and be aware of them, their triggers and their impact.

This week I want you to be intentional on identifying your emotions. Do not pass go, stop and do self assessment and self care to ensure you practice emotional intelligence.
