If you did not have a wellness plan before this season began I want to encourage you to get one.

Here are seven reasons why once a week we all need to unplug

  1. We need rest: a break from thinking and making major decisions.
  2. Time to recharge
  3. Increase our health
  4. Decrease in stress levels
  5. Time to check in with ourselves and our emotional temperature
  6. Reminder of what fun looks like
  7. Catch up on much needed sleep

Action Steps

  1. Make a plan, and pick a day that is all about wellness and you.
  2. Keep your scheduled day if you made one
  3. Make your wellness a non negotiable
  4. Practice saying NO
  5. Turn off all Technology
  6. Release, restore, replenish
  7. No guilt talk
  8. Enjoy the freedom
  9. Repeat often
