Over the past two months, I have been making intentional life changes.
One of the changes has to do with developing a wellness routine the other one about my health and fitness.
I have been committed to eating well and doing some form of exercise for the past twenty years. Once upon a time I considered being a personal fitness trainer because I was so passionate and wanted to help others.
Fast forward to this moment, and I see clearly I need to step up my health and fitness regimen. Being a firm believer about what you sow you reap I have made some good decisions in my past to see the results I wanted now.
What personal goals have you set for yourself?
Have you started?
When I made the final decision on what I wanted, I also included a start date. It is easy to talk about starting but we need to put an action in place with a date as well as telling one or more individuals for accountability.
Once the date is set, do not back away from it with excuses. Remember this something you are doing for you.
The next thing you must do is write out the results you want. When we fail to write the results there will be nothing to reference if we are tempted to cheat or even stop.
The end result will also give the steps needed to get to the destination.
For example if you want to take a vacation you would need a date, destination and type of vacation you want.
If you neglect to do one of the three you will be wasting time as well as being unprepared.
There is nothing more solid than a person who knows what they want and goes after it with everything in them.
Remember this is all about you and you can be selfish to make sure you accomplish your personal goals that will impact, develop, and bring you into a great place.
