
I was reading about having a gratitude mindset this morning by Dr. Caroline Leaf.
We know that the right attitude will make a difference in our life.
What really impacted me was the science behind the gratitude mindset.
Having a gratitude mindset causes positive behavior change and greater activity in the front of the brain.
In simple terms when we are thankful it activates positivity in our mind which affects our behavior.
If you want to change things in your life start with your attitude of gratitude.
It’s not about everything going your way but you being able to give thanks through the moment.
Today is a great day because we are alive and have the possibilities to change our mindsets.
