The other day my daughter invited me to a challenge on Fitbit.
I reviewed what it was and then accepted it.
There were only three of us but I planned to win.
As we started that Sunday I was in a relax mode so not too much progress.
When I awoke Monday morning and saw what my competitors were doing it fueled me to really get going.
It reminded me that life is the same way.
There will be challenges and people who appear to be way beyond your performance.
None of those things matter except what you believe about yourself.
For this challenge, I told myself I would win.
The thought of winning pushed me beyond my normal activities.
I think it is healthy to have some form of competition in life that brings out the best part of you.
Someone should make you want to do bigger, better, or outperform your last place of success.
For me, it wasn’t about the others and what they were doing it was about what I would do.
In order to move into your next in life, you really must commit to not quitting until you reach your destiny.
When it appears you may not accomplish your goals, readjust your thoughts to only winning.
Coming in first feels good, but the realization of how much you can accomplish with a victory mindset will make you smile.
Create your winning strategy and do not stop until you cross the finish line.
See yourself winning no matter what!
