Today as I walked I listened to this podcast that reminded me to choose my words carefully.
I asked myself this question, “What words are you speaking over your day?”
It seems so simple yet it takes focus and discipline to use words that construct our world not bring destruction.
After we make our goals, write out our agendas, review our bank accounts, or relationships, we must acknowledge the facts of where we are, yet not make it our future.
Here is what it looks like by what I said above.
Example: Your account is low and you have more days than money. Instead of continually talking about what is not there, or how broke you are, begin to speak you have money, your account is full and even step out there and say an amount like I have millions in my account. Something happens in you and around you when you speak words that create riches. You must believe what you are saying of course, because it affects your behavior.
Today may present problems, but you can speak solutions.
We can use our words to frame the day and create our tomorrow.
In this new year, what are you expecting?
Speak it out loud daily, be courageous and share it with others.
It may not appear that you have everything to make it happen, but you can attract what you need by the power of your words.
I dare you, no I double dare you to start proclaiming your business is flourishing, and your health is great then observe the shift in your thinking.
If you look over the past few days of 2020 and recognize you have been saying the wrong things, start today saying the right ones.
Today is your blank page, talk about it with enthusiasm and expectation.
“Design what you see by what you say.”
Happy Thursday!
