
I made a decision to take advantage of this month as much as possible.
The main desire I have currently is to stay focus on what is meaningful.
With all the to-do lists, Christmas celebrations, goals, closures and family things, you can become easily overwhelmed.
Today is the beginning of calm and order for me.
I cannot control anyone or everything, but I can conduct myself in the flow of what I need.
You may be asking how are you going to do this?
Starting with a simple category of what is mine and what is not.
Every day from now until the end of 2019, I will hold on to what fits into my purpose, wellness, and progress.
If something takes place in the days to come, they will get attention if they are meaningful.
Urgent matters may arise, but I have the insight and wisdom to make the decisions based on can it wait or not.
For those who may have been where I was the past few days, please slow down and think.
Create two categories on a sheet a paper, draw a line down the center with two headings at the top.
One heading should read meaningful the other urgent.
Ensure you put your things on the meaningful side, and others on urgent.
People have a way of making their things urgent until you stop the affairs in your world and give their business attention.
For clarity, some urgent matters are legit, but others really can be held back for a better time.
Make the list whenever you feel overwhelmed or guilty about matters in life.
Declare with me this; “Today is the beginning of calm and order for me.”
Remember, you have the authority to claim your territory of stability and rest.
