With Thanksgiving a couple days away, there is an atmosphere of gratitude rising.
I believe being close to the year ending also brings more attention to all we have experienced.
For most people they are elated to make it to this moment in their sober mind with peace.
After appreciating life as a gift and the significance of being grateful I want to share the benefits.
Yes there are benefits to a positive outlook on life that we need to talk more about.
Here goes.
1. You are a nicer person simply because you are not stressed as much.
2. You are more refreshed after you sleep because your mind is in a state of peace not chaos.
3. Your health improves because you smile and laugh more making better choices and not allowing what is taking place to make you bitter, anxious, fearful or isolated.
4. You treat each day as a gift instead of taking it for granted.
5. You feel better about yourself.
I have shared just a few of my real life experience with having a grateful attitude.
