As I review this year, I realize it has been filled with many first moments.
There is something to be said about the first of anything good or bad.
I still recall the first time I left home to attend college and the feelings that filled my soul.
The first time I saw each one of my children and the overwhelming love that flooded my heart.
First moments of fear that crippled me beyond my understanding.
When my babies took their first steps and wobbled into my arms.
The breathtaking view of the sunset in Africa.
I have so much on my list this blog would be too long.
I choose to share some good first moments even though I have had millions of sad or bad ones.
Life should be lived from a place of fullness, gratefulness and gentle reminders of all we lived through.
It is my heart’s desire to recall those moments that took my breath away rather than the ones that almost took my life.
