Write it down

Writing things down is important for so many reasons.

Today I opened my Evernote App to add some information I did not want to forget.

After adding the details my attention was drawn to a note from 2012.

It was on a topic for a book I heard back then.

Instantly I started looking through the document and was moved emotionally by what my eyes saw.

The words were powerful, but the date shocked me because it felt like I wrote it two years ago, but it was over seven years.

As I read through several notes I was enlighted by how important it was that I did not just have an idea but took a moment to record it.

Writing down the concept, vision, or goal is the beginning.

What do you do when you get what I call a download and are busy, sleepy, or in a crowd?

I hope your answer is to write it out.

One of the worst feelings is trying to recall important data that was not written down.

Something as simple as the name of a key person you spoke with on a call or face to face could save time and get things done faster.

Even a recipe written helps the next chef to create things the same.

Although we have good memories even that will not always recall everything.

Save yourself energy and peace and write it down!

Stay amazing, and have a wonderful day.

Happy Friday:)
