Live purposely

Copy of Success is the result of failing-3.png

Some years ago I was trying to figure out what exactly was my life’s purpose.

I researched, asked questions, watched other people, read books and discovered that too many voices can confuse you.

After serious prayer and insight, I was clear on what I was created to do.

The funny thing looking back is that our purpose doesn’t need to be discovered but more accepted.

Ever since I can remember certain things came easy to me, and without effort.

Whenever things come easy to us we take it for granted and assume others have the same ability.

Once I devalued my abilities or gifts I made them common and began to look in other places for some outstanding gift.

How many of us waste years searching for what has always been inside of us?

Within us lies these gifts or talents that allow us to function so easily in a flow it appears we are not working.

Whenever I had to work at something I knew it was not my gift.

The other key thing I want to share is this, you can be passionate about many things and still not be called to do them nor be good at them.

For example, I love singing, however, no matter how many lessons I take I will still be a passionate want to be nonsinger.

Just because you cook great doesn’t make you the next Chef Ramsey.

What I want to leave with you reading this post is simply this…you have been doing your purpose without knowledge.

Allow yourself the freedom to value who you are and what you bring to the world and others.

See yourself as the solution or answer to what others need.

Once it became clear to me what my purpose is, I found great joy and peace.

Again, your purpose is about what you are born to do, and you are gifted to do it without retrains, it just flows!

Happy Thursday:)
