There are these moments in my life when things go really good and I feel amazing.
There are moments in my life when things go really bad and I feel sad.
After years of being happy and sad because of the events taking place, I noticed a few things I wanted to change.
First, I paid attention to my emotional well being and what the difficult moments were doing to me.
Second, I worked on talking more to the right people to process in a healthy way.
Third, I allowed myself to feel pain to the fullest, or joy to the fullest.
Fourth, I created a space for healing and recovery instead of replacing my pain with work or other things.
Fifth, I decided that an attitude adjustment was needed in the form of gratitude that would allow me to stay consistent in life.
Six, I stopped fearing the good times would pass and the trouble was coming.
Seven, I grew in each moment!
We can not control life, we can control our reaction.
It took intentional work on my part to bring consistency, but it was worth it.
