Wellness is valuable in every dimension of life.

Taking the time to intentionally review your life in all areas is key to building a wellness lifestyle.

Our life should be healthy in all areas.

It is our responsibility to design what our wellness style looks like.

The first step is to review our beliefs to see what we need to change for optimum living.

Research has shown there are eight dimensions in wellness.

1. Emotional: ability to cope effectively with life and build satisfying relationships with others.

2.Spiritual wellness is related to your values and beliefs that help you find meaning and purpose in your life.

3. Intellectual wellness is when you recognize your unique talents to be creative and you seek out ways to use your knowledge and skills.

4. Physical wellness is affected by physical activity healthy nutrition and adequate sleep.

5. Environmental wellness is related to the surroundings you occupy.

6. Occupational wellness is a sense of satisfaction with your choice of work.

7. Financial wellness is a feeling of satisfaction about your financial situation.

8. Social wellness is a sense of connectedness and belonging.
