Start now

Working on yourself is work!

I find creating, mentoring, speaking and even teaching easier.

When it comes to self-care I am all in; it’s the daily intentions that I trip over time to time.

Here is an example, I wrote my health and fitness goal out last year for this year.

One of the focus points is building my core strength, something I have never really worked on.

Now that I am older I need core strength to keep me strong and flexible.

The commitment requires me to stretch, do push-ups, planks and some other things.1

The start was steady and consistent for a good while until something in life threw my schedule off.

Your girl lost her focus and all the work she put in and is now back to the beginning.

As I write this blog I am giggling to myself because it is not my first start over.

Have you ever built momentum in an area only to lose it due to unforeseen things?

If you said yes loud and proud, we both know how that feels.

Not professing to have all the answers but I am learning a few things in the process.

It is always a good day to start again.

If you have the right thoughts you can surpass your last place of success.

Even though you lost momentum, you still have a vision.

Stop judging yourself and start working toward the goals.

Be your loudest cheerleader in life.

Remind yourself that failure is apart of success, so you are doing better than you think:)

Hope this inspires you to restart something today.

Stay growing, loving and laughing life is short!
