Just a few things

Stopping by to encourage you on a few things.

 

  1. You are never the only one going through crazy stuff.

  2. Do not suffer in silence because of shame.

  3. Never look for happiness outside of you or in other people, you set yourself up for disappointment.

  4. It is ok to say “NO” to things you do not want to do nor have the time to do.

  5. Eat dessert for breakfast if you want, just don’t make it a habit:)

  6. Allow yourself the joy of meeting new people and growing your circle.

  7. Life is short, do not make your bucket list so long it becomes a weight.

  8. Spend quality time with those you love.

  9. Give yourself a break, everyone messes up.

  10. Scream out loud often to release stress. ( just not at anyone..lol)

  11. Cry if you want, it cleanses the soul.

  12. Work daily at self-love 🙂
