This morning as I set out to walk I evaluated the distance I had to go.
For a few minutes, I began to focus on how far it was.
The more I focus on the distance I began to shift into compromising the length I would take.
That is when it hit me.
When we have the wrong focus it makes the journey hard.
I had to address my thoughts to finishing rather than how far I had to go.
Using today as a reminder I plan on taking each day and maximizing it even the more.
When faced with the next challenge I will focus on results.
If I look ahead and notice how far I still need to go I must keep going.
I am on my way, I can go the distance.
