Endurance

The past few months I have been pressing and producing because this year calls for more.

I have been giving more in every area to ensure my goals are met.

Not allowing pleasure to rule my life, I have sacrificed to complete what is set.

One thing we don’t talk enough about is moving with pain.

Pain that makes you want to lay down and do nothing else.

The affliction we experience that has the potential to leave you crippled.

One has to find within a strength to keep going when everything around them screams stop.

The action word I share today is called ….. ENDURANCE

Having the ability to withstand hardship, stress, fatigue, and unpleasant situations.

Personally, I know it takes a day by day systematic belief of I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me to live.

For others, it may be declarations, affirmations, prayer, therapy, meditation and more.

Being one who endures until the end means tapping into inner strength you did not know existed.

Today you may be facing some trouble or suffering.

I want to share a simple exercise I do that may help you.

  1. Close your eyes
  2. Take 7 deep breaths in and out
  3. Close off your mind to all the voices (this will take time)
  4. Keep taking deep breaths in between closing the voices off
  5. Exhale
  6. Now focus in on one thing that brings you joy.
  7. Stay focus on that thing for several minutes.
  8. Take three more deep breath
  9. Declare you will live, grow and prosper beyond this moment.
  10. Repeat the same thing several times
  11. Breath in and out deeply for 3 more times
  12. Open your eyes
  13. You have recaptured your peace, and your focus to keep going.

This small exercise allows me to re-center myself when anxious, overwhelmed or ready to quit.

Let me know if you tried the exercise.

I would love to hear from you any tips you use to keep going in life.

Remember this is temporary and you can make it through.
