Champion in you

Everyone has experienced some form or competition, opposition, challenge or traumatic life events.

How we respond or react is about our mindset.

Two people can encounter the same thing and have two different outcomes based on how they process.

One person may become the victim and the other victor.

Today I want to talk about the champion in you.

The ability to overcome, or conquer certain things is all about mindset.

Here are a few descriptions about what a champion thinks

  1. There are possibilities in my life: Optimistic
  2. This will not kill me but grow me: Resilient.
  3. I am  hurting but I refuse to become better, not bitter
  4.  This is a setback but inside of me is a comeback
  5. Each failure brings me closer to success
  6. Take the initiative and not wait for others to open doors for them.
  7. Strong belief in themselves or higher power.
  8. Willing to learn, a student mindset.
