What’s your norm?

Breaking old habits takes work.

Building new habits take discipline.

Habits are not always bad, some just restrict us from moving forward.

One habit I had was putting everything in place before I left the room.

Most would say that putting things place is good, but it was the reason I ran late some days.

Running late was the result of my need to tidy up.

Now I leave things as they are if time is short.

I can hear someone saying get up earlier, or give yourself more time.

I do all those things. I just love order and tidiness.

In my new space of living, and routine I leave on time and in peace.

Of course, what I shared is personal to me.

You may have your own thing to work on.

Back to habits, which are a major thing in our life.

What we practice becomes our norm.

You may have to do like I did and identify the patterns that are unhealthy or negative in your life.

For me being late was a result of my putting things in order.

What may be a habit you have that needs to change?
