Optimum maintenance

Just because it worked for you last week it may not work this week.

Life shifts.

Unexpected things happen.

Having a routine will help keep you on track.

Being intentional to accomplish at least three major things on your list is key.

I know your list has more than three (lol).

Last week the sun and stars lined up, this week you are sick and trying to get it together.

If you are anything like me, you will try and push to make it all happen.

What if you just slowed down long enough to get well.

We must not allow self-care to diminish trying to reach our goals.

How you think and feel should be the top priority.

Optimum function calls for optimum maintenance.

Do the small things for you that you do for others.

Take a moment to exhale, before pressing into the next thing.

Become your greatest advocate for self-love.

Choose to do take several small refreshing moments a week, rather than just one big one.

Most achievers can fit small things into the schedule.

It may be tempting to skip the one big thing each week, leaving you depleted.

You matter.

Don’t tell everyone else to live life and love self, then ignore your needs.

The day is yours, make sure you include you in it.
