Discipline your mind.

This morning during my quiet time I uncovered my mental block.

Physically challenged this week I was determined to get well.

Today I felt like screaming, and crying all at once.Image result for images of crying and screaming

Instead of surrendering to emotional overload I worked on being still and quiet.

My mind plays a major part in how I live.

After 15 minutes of discipline, my mind became quiet.

Here is what I uncovered.

  1. A mind filled with things can make you miserable
  2. It is important to take charge of your thoughts and calm your soul.
  3. Find your rhythm in your day and stick to it (unexpected things will happen but you can handle them better)
  4. Re-adjust your focus if things get blurry.
  5. Remind yourself of what you want to accomplish for the day (be realistic)
  6. Delete files that are sitting in the trash can of your memory so you can flow.
  7. Always remember to schedule in your fun time (Stop and play in the week)

Become intentional to unclutter your mind daily.

You have the power to discipline your own mind.
