This morning during my quiet time I uncovered my mental block.
Physically challenged this week I was determined to get well.
Today I felt like screaming, and crying all at once.
Instead of surrendering to emotional overload I worked on being still and quiet.
My mind plays a major part in how I live.
After 15 minutes of discipline, my mind became quiet.
Here is what I uncovered.
- A mind filled with things can make you miserable
- It is important to take charge of your thoughts and calm your soul.
- Find your rhythm in your day and stick to it (unexpected things will happen but you can handle them better)
- Re-adjust your focus if things get blurry.
- Remind yourself of what you want to accomplish for the day (be realistic)
- Delete files that are sitting in the trash can of your memory so you can flow.
- Always remember to schedule in your fun time (Stop and play in the week)
Become intentional to unclutter your mind daily.
You have the power to discipline your own mind.
