Living in the USA we have what is called, “freedom of speech” but it comes with a price.
There are invisible and visible forces that either approves or disapproves of what you say.
Most people have taken to social media to air their dirty laundry or to fight battles.
It almost appears as if any platform can be used to share your thoughts; good or bad.
Just reading articles, and listening to the news makes you realize there are many voices out in the world.
Most identify with the voices that project familiar beliefs, agendas, lifestyle etc.
What happens to the voice we do not agree with?
Daily we can witness some form of bullying from adults who threaten, call names and get real nasty with those they are offended by or they want to offend.
Do not get me wrong I am not agreeing with everything I hear, nor do I think half of what is said should be spoken.
However there can be border line bullying via social media from adults.
There is a mixed message when children are told not to be a bully but adults are doing it.
I can only be responsible for myself and my behaviour.
If we each took a moment to think carefully about our responses via social media it would help our children.
No matter what, children always learn from watching.
My heart is heavy knowing that so many do not take into consideration the effect of their actions.
A good name is worth so much. Do not allow your emotions to overtake you.
Be committed to keeping positive vibes!
