The glass half full or half empty.

A road block or a challenge.
Hard and difficult, or a learning moment.
Complain or give thanks.
Failure or success.
Every day we are given the choice to improve our attitude from good to great.
How we see a thing, is really important.
How we see a thing affects how we approach it.
How we view what is taking place can catapult change or kill an opportunity.
Some may say that optimism is not real, however it is the key to attitude change.

What ever way we view our life, will be the way we approach it.
Unexpected loss, pain or difficulties can be tackled with an open mind.
I have discovered that there are more solutions when we look at things positively.
Recalling my younger days not knowing this principle, I thought complaining was the answer.
If life was dealing me lemonade, I would be sour.
I had not learned there was an option to make lemonade as yet.

Once we begin to deal with our perspective, and desire to soar in life we change our attitude.
Attitude is defined as a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, it is reflected in our behaviour.
The key word to focus on is settled way of thinking…change is needed if it is not positive.
Having a positive outlook, does not mean you avoid pain, or hardship.
Having a positive attitude allows you to stay above the things that can pull you down.
If you see the glass half full in life, you are able to consider ways to make the glass full, or maximize what you have been given.
What I am writing is what I live.
There has been many moments that caught me off guard, as well as challenged my emotional attitude.
For me it was the unlearning of how to handle life through a different believe system that carried me through.
We can pray and still have a wrong attitude.
It is our choice how we see things in our world.
Another thing I want to share is having a positive attitude invokes you to treat people better.
Our sensitivity to others are more heighten because we are not consumed with our stuff.
That person who lives life with the glass half empty may risk being border line envious of those living life half full!
Guard your heart from being that person who has a chip on your shoulder.
Be responsible for your responses in life.
You are either making the best of life, or wasting time not using what you are given.
