Women are incredible beings who accomplish so many things.

March is designated as a Month to Celebrate Women.

I will be sharing, posting and highlighting women who made history and women who I think “ROCK”

LET THE CELEBRATION BEGIN!!

• (July) 2000 Venus Williams became the first African American to win the women’s title at Wimbledon since Althea Gibson (1957-58)

• Condoleezza Rice named as the next Secretary of State, the first African American woman to hold that position in 2001
