Learning to let GO

Some childhood memories are filled with great moments of laughter and pranks. Things little people do that make life fun.

Now as an adult the things in life we onced laughed at or about makes us cry at times.

Control takes over our life. We tend to obsess with getting things to go our way.

Most of us only feel powerful if we have things under our authority. We don’t do good if we are unable to produce the outcome we desire.

In our grown up way we would not admit to being controlling, we would say we like things a certain way. 😊

Words like relax, let it go, take it easy or even chill are challenging for those who need to let it go.

Letting go of things out of our control may render us feeling weak and foolish.

Letting go could reflect a powerless character if we want to prove we are strong.

Although we would love to think we can write our own outcome, somethings happen without warning.

Maturity will be needed in order for us to learn the art of letting go.

There are moments we must fight and not give up.

Then there are moments we exhale and release.

Discernment and instinct will be needed for when to fight or let go.

You will drive yourself and everyone around you crazy if you don’t learn to “Let Go”

Let Go of mistrust

Let Go of offense

Let Go of betrayal

Let Go of broken relationships

Let Go of past failures

Let Go of guilt and shame

Wisdom will speak to you about the cost of holding on to things that will only deplete your life.

Since our days are numbered on this earth, why live most of it with regret.

Release.

Refuse to be controlled or controlling.

Receive new experiences.

Rebuild.

Refresh.

Revive.

Let it all GO!
