I woke this morning and the first thing I heard was PANIC in bold words!! All I could think about as I jumped up was do not Panic today.
Panic is defined as a sudden overwhelming fear, with or without cause, that produces hysterical or irrational behavior, and that often spreads quickly through a group of persons or animals.
How many of us know this definition too well?
Panic is sudden.
There is good news when it comes to dealing with this alarm, or irrational behavior when it happens. Here are a few small things I suggest.
- BREATHE
- PRAY
- REVISE YOUR FOCUS TO SOME THING POSITIVE
- RELAX
- LISTEN TO MUSIC THAT MAKES YOU CALM AND HAPPY
- BREATHE
- CALL SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP
- LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU AND CALM DOWN
