Don’t let anyone stop you in your quest for BIG!! Some people are comfortable with what we may call”NORMAL.” Then there are those in life who don’t just want a piece of the pie, nor the whole pie but rather to own the pie shop. After sharing with multiple people things I want, and hearing what they want I realize that some people hide their “BIG.” With so many opinions coming at you, it’s easy to see why someone would begin to downsize their dreams. I have always wanted to be the one who could be the answer to someones problem. I dream of building homes for families who work hard and need a home. My dreams include others, not just me. In dreaming BIG I see others, and you should too. If your dream is just about you then it is what I call Self centered dreaming…and that is Small not BIG. If we look around and observe the accomplishments of others we see how their “BIG” has impacted families, communities, neighborhoods, states, countries, regions and globally. It may start small because we all have to start somewhere. The BIG dreamer in you will not rest until you see it growing.
Have you allowed others to downsize your dreams because they made you feel as if you were being over the top? Perhaps you were the one who criticized others for being too much when they shared what they wanted to accomplish. Whatever your dream is, do not allow others to kill it. Surround yourself with those who have put action into their dreams and learn from them. Surround yourself with those who believe in your “BIG” and will not allow you to compromise what you are called to do. Make some concrete non negotiable today about the steps you need to take for growth, change, and make it happen.
Today is a great day to begin moving again if you have been stagnant. Today is a great day to leap if you have been moving slow. Dismiss the negative voices. Be free to dream beyond limits and keep your “BIG” Dream in front of you. Your actions will lead to the change, solution, answer, and blessing to others. Keeping dreaming “BIG!”
