The hour that changed my focus

I was reflecting on clocks moving forward in spring and backwards in fall, and how it affects us. My whole attitude tends to shift in the hour moving forward. I noticed in the past I would complain about my lost of a hour sleep (seems silly to you I am sure). This year I approached the change with a positive attitude. Instead of focusing on what I was losing I decided to focus on what I was gaining. My focus on gain brings me to this point; how much mental energy do we all waste just focusing on one thing that we lose rather than the increase in our life. Today is a great example on increase. The last two weeks our weather reports all read, snow, low temperatures all the way to 7 degrees. Today the sun is shining and it is over 50 degrees!! Yes I am hype because over night things change!! Change is not a negative thing all the time, but we tend to take the small changes and make them big! The facts about small changes is simply this; it will provoke us to rethink things, change routines if needed, and prepare for the bigger manifestation of what is to take place.

Within all of us are small time clocks that change to announce the new season about to enter into our life. The clock made me look deeper into my focus and attitude. Most of the us are more ready to say good bye to winter because we are tired of the snow and cold. This moment for me is about what is to come rather than what I have lost. Within my imagination I see great things coming. Increase is around the corner and I am going to get ready for this new season!! Are you prepared for your new season?
